I'm in the middle of replacing my turbos. I have the front turbo and cat off. Have the rear cat removed. The rear oil return line came off easily. The front one not so much. It acts as if it is attached by some other means to the oil pan. Does the front lower oil line come off? I purchased new lines but for whatever reason that front one will not turn or give. I don't want to damage it and create an issue if it is not supposed to come out.

They all come off however I had the same issue. I was at the verge of kinking the line before I gave up. I reused it and its fine just clean out any gunk and it will be ok to re use.

I purchased a new line. I tore up the original pretty good trying to get it out

I’m currently dealing with the same issue. I’m considering clamping a shaft collar to the tube and attempting to drive it out with an air hammer with a punch tool against the shaft collar. I already have the new part in hand and can tell there are no threads, just a tight slip fit with two sealing O-rings.
