lowering kit for 02 explorer?

the only lowering kits i can find are a 1.6 inch lowering kit by ground force and a 1.1 inch lowering kit by eibach.

i'm getting 20" rims and would like to lower my car a fairly significant amount. any suggestions? know where i can find a better lowering kit?

and by the way, i want just 4 adjustable springs, no shocks or anything

also, is it possible to get blocks to lower my frame and get the suspension kit too, total lowering of about 4 inches?
