lowering kit??

does anyone sell i 3" lowering kit for 98 explorers... ive been searching and i cant find one anywhere, the most i found is a 1 3/8 kit and thats about it, i dont get it?? anyone else have any usefull information for me?

The easy way would be blocks and Torsion twist.

try a custom spring manufacturer for some lowering leaf springs. that should take care of the rear.
