There is a tee in the line that goes to inflate my seat supports and it is broke in two, does anyone have a fix for this?

If its just a little plastic tee go get a new one vacuum at autozone.

BE CAREFUL

My 91 X had the same problem. I looked at the whole system in the seat there and all of it is linked together. Both switces need eachother to work properly and to pump and hold their air. The problem is sometimes in the switch itself. I would go to ford and ask them if they can get you a replacement swttch. Just be careful taking the pump hoses off of the switch they are brittle after 12 years.

I replace one of the tee connectors on a air line and the problem is fixed.

Does anyone know where I can get the actual lumbar air bag? I popped it and miss it a lot. Im guessing that I need to just replace the entire seat but if someone can tell me otherwise Id appreciate it

Seems I remember reading on some board from a mechanic that he has never seen a poped blader. It was almost always the switch that was bad.
Just a thought...

No, I know I popped it. I was parking on a hill with my front end higher than my back end and I was applying the e-brake and i heard a muffled pop and my back sank back a little bit. When I press the switch, I still hear it trying to inflate like normal but no results.

Redshift- Maybe a line popped off? I have yet to see a bag failure. But if you need one maybe a junkyard. I'm sure the dealer would be big bucks. Since alot of ford vehicles came with air-lumbar you could get one from a different vehicle.

What do you mean by line failure? Like the line connecting to the bag popped off? That sounds reasonable.

The only things I have seen go bad/break are lines and switches. I can only remember replacing 2 air bladders over a period of 10 years. It might be something simple and cheap to repair like a line or switch. Get a flashlight and a screwdriver... the lines are pretty easy to get to.

Thanks for the advice!
