M5m1 manual transmission

Can somebody please help and tell me where I can get detailed instructions on how to rebuild and m5r1 manual 5 speed transmission it's in a 1997 Ford Explorer two wheel drive I will appreciate any help you guys can give me I just can't afford to send it to a transmission shop
