MacPerformance Air Intake

Ive read a few good things about this intake so i was wondering if i could get a few more opinions about it before i order it. Id like to order it 2morrow.

I got the wrong bracket for mine, twice... but it's a nice kit if you don't get screwed over initially

and my Apten Chip.

Well the order process went oaky at best.
I will hold the vertic till the chip arrives and it is installed.
Wile customer service is a major componet, lets be realistic.
I am paying for a performacnce chip. That is going to be the tell tale.

its a good intake mine had the wrong bracket to but other then that its good

I don't see a kit on their website for a 1st Gen... is there any kits out there or do I have to Fab one up myself?

my only beef so far with the Mac system is that dirt easily gets by the filter.

I took my chrome elbo off to dink with my A/C lines and the inside of it and throttle body were caked with dirt from when I went wheelin a few days earlier. So basicly everytime I go wheelin if its dry and dirt is all over in the air I'm gona clean and re-oil it.
