haha....i actually made a intake tubein CAD earlier this year. Except the only problem was that it was for a 96 Tahoe. Sorry, it was a pain to find all the measurments....hope it comes out well.

Sorry I can't help with your real question but tell me how the design goes. What CAD system are you using, I've learned Auto CAD 14, 2000 and mechincal desktop 4 and 5.
When you get the drawing done can you send them to me as a .dxf file - my email is j_elstner@yahoo.com

thanks for all the replies, im using the AutoCAD 2000 program in my school, but i cant use it right now since im taking exams this week so i'll have hold on it for now.

You've used the same design packages I use every day. Except now I'm on to MDT6 and AutoCad 2002. I've been thinking about designing a few things for the X but haven't got around to it yet..it would be nice with all the materials I have here at work...seeing that we manufacture interior trim parts.

ya im taking it as a year long course in my school, but we really dont do that much in the class, so this will give me something to do thats usefull, and i think i'll get a welding shop (whom i know the owners;) ) to cut it out and weld it for me!

ouh, i also just got a conical S&B ricer filter for my old volvo, and believe me it breathes a whole lot better now and gave me some horses!!!:bounce: :D
