Manual hubs on '98??

I plan to do the " brown wire" trick so I will have real 2WD/HI and would like to retrofit manual hubs to keep the front from freewheeling. Has anyone done this or is it even possible?

It isn't possible to put manual hubs on your '98. The IFS suspension uses a drive flange (similar to a front wheel drive car).
