Manual Transfer Case Swap

I want to replace the auto transfer case on my 2002 Sport Trac with a manual one. I have been looking for the exact fit model number and what parts I need for the cab installation after cutting the hole in the floorboard. Anyone complete this swap and/or know a detailed post of installation?

You need everything from a manual transmission vehicle. Pretty much a parts car. You are doing a full auto to 5speed swap right?

Shift cables, shifter base, mounts. Never seem one nor do I know if they make manual sport Trac's but I assume the rear diff would be a different ratio.

A lot of work if you ask me. Just buy a full cab F150

He wants to do a "manual transfer case" swap, not a "manual transmission" swap. Its alright, we all read too fast sometimes and don't realize it.

2002 FX4 and possibly 2003 FX4 Level II Rangers had a manual version of our t-case IF they had a manual transmission. Be advised that these rigs are scarce as hen's teeth in any case, wrecked ones in a junkyard probably more so.
