Hey guys, thought I would share the success story of the Mcguiars headlight restoration polish. I went to Autozone to pick up some other stuff and ended up grabbing some no-name headlight polish to use. Went to the register and the guy there swore up and down by the Mcguiars and I figured it was only a dollar more, why not? Also picked up the sealant to protect against UV rays (they didn't have it at Autozone so I picked it up at Walmart). Long story short, I spent about 5 minutes per light polishing them with a rag and then applying the protectant. It was a night and day difference.
Before: (not a great picture but I didn't take one right before doing the polish)

You can tell that the headlights are dull and a bit yellowed.

Instant clarity and bye bye yellow.
I won't hold my breath that this is a permanent fix, which I doubt there is one. However, I am hopeful that this at least delays the eventual yellowing. In my opinion, it definitely looks a lot better. I haven't taken it out at night to gauge the performance difference, but I have no doubt my visibility is better at night now.
