Message center odometer

got a 2010 xlt and recently been having a strange issue with the message center. Every once in awhile the odometer switches from miles to kilometers for no apparent reason when starting it up in the morning. I'll reset it back to miles then it's fine for a few days then all of a sudden it goes to kilometers. Is there a fix for this or is there a problem with the message center unit itself ?

Closest I could find is Ford TSB 10-2-15 which addresses static problems with the instrument cluster. A google search will find it for you.
