Message Center

So I've got an '02 XLT and it didn't come with a message center. I was wondering if it is possible to add one in. After searching I found write ups for older models but not for a 3rd gen. So if it is possible, what do you need other than the 3 buttons (would have to move 4x4 buttons to other side) and the actual message center (I assume it's past of the speedometer assembly)

Its not easy, the wiring for the buttons and such isnt there, it really isnt worth the work.
