Before I try a Master Reset to see if it clears this issue, I thought I'd check to see if anyone's had trouble browsing the Sirius channels?

If I am tuned to a Sirius channel, then choose Browse (which brings up a list of the genres or groups), then choose one of the genres, I get a message window that says "Loading....". I've let it (load?) for over 5 minutes a couple of times, but it stays in that state. In fact, when I now choose Browse, I get the "Loading..." message right away (I can't see the list of groups anymore).

Is this a known bug?

I have it happen occasionally too. I've noticed that a reboot does seem to lessen the frequency of it.

Thanks nnichols....I guess I'll try a Master Reset to clear this up. As nobody else has commented, I can only assume it's a pretty rare issue.

It's not that rare...it happened on both of my Ex's until I performed the latest update to MFT

Oddly enough, today it worked fine....and I hadn't done a Master Reset yet. The only thing I'd done that could possibly explain it was reboot my iPhone, as I was getting some intermittent Bluetooth connection issues with MFT (again!).

This was a known issue with previous versions, but the Performance Upgrade has corrected the issue. Keep an eye on it and let me know if it continues to happen please.

Rebecca,

Thanks. You might want to let the team know that it's possible the issue hasn't been 100% corrected, as the Performance upgrade was already installed when this occurred. (It's only happened once, though....perhaps it happened ALL the time prior to the Performance upgrade?).

While, overall, I'm pleased with the MFT, at times it gets agonizingly slow and frustrating. For example, this week I was entering some addresses into the Nav system, and the responsiveness of the MFT screens became ridiculously low when entering the street addresses.

I've also seen that the MFT doesn't connect with my iPhone on the MFT screen...but if I go into Phone screen I can see my iPhone, and, even though it's not shown as connected, DIS-connect is an option (Connect isn't available). So...I have to disconnect then reconnect my phone in order for it to be functional within MFT.

I tested mine after I read your explanation of the issue. Mine switched immediately and loaded the Sirius channels in 2-3 seconds after hitting Browse.

Im on v3.2.2
