I've ran the Baja Claws (Bias) before. They are the ultimate off-road tire IMHO. I ran circles around JPs with boggers. I really don't like boggers.

The Baja Claws have a six ply sidewall and they are seriously tough. The radial claw only has a three but that's just as good as the Goodyear and BFGs.

If you want milage then stick with a radial. The bias tires are noisy and a little rough but smoother then any swamper. Someday when I am rich again I'll have a set on dedicated trail wheels. Not good to run a bias tires all the time.

The top pic is the Radial. The bottom pic is the bias with deeper lugs and more sidewall lugs as well. Bad@ss tires!

i have mt's but not that style, i like em

from all the otehr people i have heard from, including rick in person, the claws suck in anything except sand..... tlak to rick and tom if you dont believe me...... i would personally get the procomps...

Check out the latest Four Wheeler. They tested the Claw vs Bogger vs TSL vs STS in all kinds of terrain. The Claw was rated #1. BTW, the Claw as been improved since it's first outing as they have changed the pitch of the chevron for more lateral grip.

im looking at the baja claw radial. The baja claw itself is a sick tire, the radial version has i think a 3ply sidewall compared to the 6 ply. BUt its supposed to still be an awesome off-road tire and good for daily drivers ...........cause my truck is a daily driver.

my brother has 35x12.5x15s on his blazer with a 350... today we went through the mud and i tell ya they outran everything. It had about 30 foot tall roosters and they shot back about 50, it was somthin to see, he got stuck a couple times, but its cuz his 4wd is broken

what happened to the link to that web site for mickey T's up there? It's not workin--I was liking the prices too.

those are great prices for those tires. Thats almost as cheap as i get them with a dealer account

keep in mind, those along with the procomp xterrains are directional tires which some people dont like because you almost need two spares

If you have a flat you can run one backwards but they say its not good for them.

my 2 cents

Ryan

OR, a spare is a spare. Just run a non directional spare.

no way of getting that link back, I need some new tires
