ALOT Cheaper if you can get them
I paid $54 for the conversion kit and $150 for the hubs for the Warn setup for my 97 Ranger. I did this only after waiting for almost a month for the Mile Marker hubs to become available through my local Autozone.
I actually got the $38 MileMarker conversion kit - should have kept it, was identical to the Warn as far as I can tell. The Mile Marker hubs would have been $112, so my out the door would have been $160.50 (CA tax).
Instead I wound up paying $219+ for the Warns, and they have a plastic knob - the Mile Markers were the premium chrome hubs. However, I was four wheeling inside 30 minutes from opening the box with the Warns, whereas I might still be waiting on the Mile Markers.
