Minor vibration at high speeds

1996 Explorer XLT 5.0
when I get the car up to about 80 there is a very minor vibration. Could this be ball joints? the alignment is great and the tires are baalnced
 






At 80, could be any number of things.... tire wear, driveshaft imperfections, etc.
