To whomever that may know. My 98', right now is stock. I've bought 31X10.50R15 M/T already and I'm looking at to buy Rough Country Hydro 8000 shocks, with SuperSprings for the sagging back end. I'm also thinking about buying 2-3" body lift aswell. The question that I'm putting out there is, would this be all I need to buy, or is there a better solution?

Welcome to this forum! Are you going to change the tire size from stock? If so, then you would have to recalibrate the GEM or the ABS module so that you don't get erratic shifting, and inaccurate speed being displayed on the speedometer.
