Monroe Coil Spring Kit Question

Ok, What exactly does this have over regular air suspension and what does this kit actually do for my vehicle? Sorry if it seems like a silly question, Im still new to the suspension side of things

That is simply a "Coil Over" shock. I do not think that you can put that in place of an "Air Ride" shock. The vehicle will think its out of whack all the time. There may be a way to disable the air ride system but I am not sure.

It's just an overload shock. Good for if you tow or often have heavy loads.
A bit puzzling why they call it an air ride replacement shock when Sport Tracs don't have air ride to begin with. But that's eBay for you. The same place probably sells electric superchargers.
