By the way mine has a trans code "T" on the door sticker...what ever that means. I guess it could mean that I could have either one. How can you tell the difference between an AL4D and a 4R44E?

what year is your truck? The internal kit drills out the valve body. I hooked up my shift kit today and it works perfectly (B&M shift improver)
