Monroe's are pretty good shocks.

But try searching around for "Monroe" (or something similar) as this brand comes up every now and then.

this subject is covered quite a bit here, might i suggest going to the search function and trying that, you will find a wealth of info

My friend is now buying for some real shock experience. He is choosing between the Monroe & Rancho line.

Ranchos are real nice...i put some 5000 on my truck about a month ago...hell of a difference from Monroe Reflex...but for simple highway driving...i don't see why top quality monroes wouldn't do you good

you could always go with edelbrocks too
just more expensive

It just depends on if you like your shocks soft or firm too. Additionally what you use your vehicle for. Monroe or KYB will be closer to factory, whereas Bilstein's or Ranchos will be a bit stiffer. Bilstein's are the most popular of what we carry for this vehicle, but some may consider them too firm for their tastes.

I had a monroe snap with less than 2 years of use. No off roading at all, just easy road driving and not much of that either. I replaced with KYB. They seem strong!!
