I'm thinking about puting warrior shackles on the rear of my '94 X.
It already has a 5.5" Superlift with extended radius arms, etc.

The rear will sit higher than the front if I do. Is there a way to add additional height to the front. Spring spacers? Larger springs?

Any idea's????

Jim

Coil seats? Sorry for my being stupid, but, are those the plates the springs sit on? Just on the bottom of the spring or the top also?

How do you measure the springs? Mine are the superlift one's.

Thanks, Jim, for your help!

Jim

the f150 coil seats are the infamous f150 coil spacers that the first gen guys use for a mild lift..... daystar has a set similar to it but a lot more expensive..... the sl springs are a 5.5" lift spring..... several other companies make a spring that are measured in 6" or 8" lengths.... not too sure of those companies off hand though.....

Do you measure the spring with all the load off of it?

What about the width of the spring? Oh, I get it! New seats for new springs!!!!!!

Jim

not sure how they measure the springs.... but superlift has the springs that you have now advertised as 5.5" of lift..... so you just oreder springs from some company with 6" or 8" of lift.....

DO I NEED FOUR (4) SPACERS?
Are there upper and lower seats?

Sorry for so many Q's...

Thanks
Jim

Here ya go either get the F150 coil seats which will add lift to the front, only need 2 total. Or you could remove the superlift 5.5" coils and buy some skyjacker 6" coils.

The F150 coil seats only go on the bottom but they will level out the front and rear.

I have the same problem with mine and I am trying to decide if I want the 6" skyjacker coils or go cheaper with the F150 coil seats since I will be replacing a broken radius arm soon.

Go with skyjacker 8 inch springs, that is 21 inches unsprung, up that high I wouldn't go spacers.
