i redid my intake on my 92 x, i used pvc pipe and moved the mass air and everything to the driverside. The motor seems to stumble at 2000 rpms. do you think disconnecting the battery will help it fix the problem
 






Why?

Why did you have to move things around. You may have more resistance in the airflow and your computer may not compensate no matter what you do. rc

Wiring

Have you tried putting everything back the way it was to see if the engine runs ok with your new wiring?

Leave the new extension wires in place and hook up the old airbox and tubing.

If so, then the post before this one is most likely the case...
