mountaineer headlights in explorer grille?

I remember reading a while back that when ford was designing the mointaineer reface for 98 that they pretty much just flipped the headlight shape over and it got me thinking, has anyone though about trying to fab some mounts and just swap sides on the headlights? I wonder how bad the beam disbursement would be messed up though, but I loved my mounty headlights and I hate my explorers with a passion.

Its not just a simple flip. The anchors for the lights are in different spots. If you want to switch the than all you need is the header panal, lights, and grill. It just takes a few hours to do.
