Mounting a bumper billet grill?

Does anyone know how this mounts? I have two tow pulls on my bumper right now, I'm going to remove them to for this grill, but it seems there's a lot of metal around the area that is immoveable. I own a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport with the XLT premium package. If anyone can give me any input on this that would be awesome. Thanks!

It should have a couple of bolts or snaps that hold it to the bumper. I wouldn't remove my tow pulls for something like this personally.

I wouldn't either if I went offroading a lot. But I don't find it necessary at the moment. I do a lot of things on the mountains, but rarely do I need to pull trucks/things out. It's always reversible too as the tow pulls are mounted with bolts. Anyways, thanks for the post though!
