Ive seen quiet a few posts for people looking to mount amps to the roof of the ex. Actually, here are two mounted in the rear hatch of my mounty. Nobody ever sees them, plus i loose no space in the rear. Heats no problem as these amps have fans, plus ive wired a temp gauge to monitor heat. Summertime they do run a little warm but nothing out of the operating capacity of these things.
