I have a Thule Expedition Basket on my roof. I haven't seen the mounting system for the PIAA 520's. Can they be mounted directly to the basket I have or am I going to have to custom fit them or get a light bar? Do people have problems with lights being stolen? Can you lock them to your mounting system?
