You can probably move it if you make a new bracket for the pedal. You would also most likely have to extend the throttle cable.

Whats the point/gain youre trying to achieve?
If you can't reach the pedal, move your seat, not the pedal. :D

Better yet, paint the pedal to match the body. :p

hartman, WTF?

it's that when ever i stomp on it(all the time with the 4.0) i allway's hit the floor board with my foot..the seat is allredy REALLY close(im short 5,8 but im still growing) i will look at fabing somthing up..it's just stuck really far back up there..i don't like it

Check your throttle cable and see if it's loose. My pedal used to get stomped on the floor becuase i only had like %40 WOT flooring it.

go there and read their "how-to" articels. one is for a raised gas pedal mod. it wil work on the X too. i did mine.

i have allredy taken the slak out of my cable..still WAY to far down there..gonna go out in a min and take pic's of my dad's and mine

I respect Ak LTD Xplorer's ability to paint just about everything. There are a lot of things on my X that I want to paint, and I wish I had the skill and tools to do it. There is nothing wrong with painting things to match the body, although I agree it is possible to go overboard. He is nowhere near it.
