Muffler vs. Exhaust System

I was looking at getting a new exhaust on my '98 Sport. How much of a difference would it make between getting a Flowmaster 50 series muffler and get custom bent tubing, or getting the complete system from Flowmaster?

No difference, besides price.

No difference is right plus you must take into consideration the cost of getting all pipes welded up by the muffler shop, system or no system.
