i recently came across a dyno super turbo muffler and i was just wondering if it is worth putting it on my 02 xls, it has a 2 1/4 in and out, if i did put it on what sound would i have
well no matter wut u go with, itll pretty much all sound the same... i just posted a video of my flowmaster 40 on my v6 explorer... the pipe size isnt all that important and u will def see a large improvement in gas mileage... if ur interested in hearing the flow, go back to the forum and its named V6 exhaust or something
definately not... i bought mine at a local pepboys just the muffler and not a whole system... me and a friend did the welding and ran the pipe to the back with the stock tubing... pretty much as long as theres no air leak rite after the cat and ur creating backpressure (if its sealed off to where its all going into the muffler) then i think ur in good shape.. i had my muffler as a turndown for a while till i got sick of the noise
