Hi everyone...

Does anyone have a pic of a multifunction switch ? I have to o buy a new one but don t want to take off the defective one now...so if its possible..I`m sure i`m not the only one that had to change this piece.

it is the whole turn signal stalk. I just replaced mine. Very easy to do. Remove 3-4 screws on bottom side of steering column to remove plastic, remove two torx bolts on the switch, disconnect 2 electrical connections, and it is out. Shouldn't take but 5 mins.

Just thought I'd let you know that on a 98 X it is necessary to remove the dash overlays to get the plastic around the steering column off. And the tilt wheel lever has to be unscrewed & removed.
It isnt brain surgery but its not a 5 min. job either.
There must have been some dash changes in 98 as I think I remember the dash comming off a little different on the 96 X.
Anyway, just thought I'd pass it on.
