hows the tire pressure?

it is fine.the fender well is closer to the tire on the left side than on the right side.i looked at the shock but i dont see any leaks.i was just wondering if it is that or maybe the leaf spring is week

the fenders for our x's in the rear are actually lower than the front. if you measure from the axle to the frame i believe.. your x is probably level. however, the gas tank is on the left side.. so that probably affects it. our x's are also known to sag in the rear after a little bit. the best you can do is either install 4 door leafs , get new shocks, or just lower the front torsion bar a bit to level out.

after i put on the bilstein shocks in the rear thanks to tbomb, i got the rear to go up a little more, however, after my subs were put in.. back to where they were.. lol

It's "normal" driver side sag. This is due to the weight of you and the gas tank on the driver side. Solution: swap leaves from side to side, get used 4 door springs, or get all new springs.

Join the club. Look at the photo of my 2000 Sport. Every one I have seen sags. I had Ford put new shocks on under warrenty with near zero results.
Word around here seems, puttin' on 4-door Explorer leaf springs will do the trick. I am gonna attempt it this spring.

will saggin like that do any thing to the x? thanx

It will only get worse over time and eventually could cause too much fatigue in the springs and shocks. It will also adversely affect handling and other things.

wow i would hate to see it get worse.it is already 2 inches or worse.
i knew i shouldnt buy a ford...lol

Every car in the world has SOMETHING wrong, or undesireable. I guess that is where modificatuions came from.

i know i have just always been a gm guy and never had any problems with them.
i love the ford chevy argument.i dont really care either way.
i bought the explorer because i found it at a great price and other than the leaning problem it looks great and runs great.

Lower your right front via the torsion bar twist and it will even out.
