My 5sp. Mitsu BLEW UP.

My 5speed blew a seal and sacrificed itself on my last journey into the Nevada wilderness. I want to rebuild it with a lower 1st and reverse but can't seem to find a shop to do it. If anyone knows where to get the gears or a shop that can custom build this trans it would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. Any suggestions for manufacturers of sway bar disconnects would also be appreciated.

Just so you know, I'm pretty darn sure Explorers have Mazda M5OD manuals. I've done a lot of research on them. Might be wrong, but might limit confusion when talking to others about it.

I think there are two 5 speeds a Mitsu and a Mazda. The Mazda is filled with ATF the Mitsu with gear oil. Pull the fill plug and smell, if its gear oil you can't miss the smell. A little off topic I am looking for a rebuild kit for a 91 mitsu.
