Yes it does affect your hp! I noticed that after I replaced the IAC the passing gear kicked in alot easier, and it is faster off the line.

I don't know if you realize this, but I clicked on your link to your home page on MSN to look at your photos and there is a malicious javascript on that page, it is called:

"HTTP Netscape Cookie Monster"

My Norton firewall caught it and blocked it as an "Intrusion Attempt" it is a malicious Javascript. You probably wouldn't have any idea, I believe it has something to do with Netscape. Here is a link that will better explain what a "HTTP Netscape Cookie Monster" is.

Idel Air Control Valve

I have an issue with my 98 Sport, 4L V6.
When the engine is warm, at idle, there is a LOUD howl comming from the air intale for the Fuel Injector. Could this be the IAC Valve?

It could very well be the IAC causing the noise. Try cleaning it before replacing.

Yes it probably is. I sent you a link to a video one of our wesome members sent me a couple of weeks ago when I was wondering what that noise was also.
