You could either send your VB out to be tested or you could get another one from WWW.800700Tran.Com.

It's possible. You could find a shop, and ask them if they could use an air test plate to determine if it's related to the transmission or the VB. I occasionally see these test plates on EBay if you want to buy one, and do it yourself.

Well
I got a new valve body from the site that you recommend. It was installed, and I still have no reverse. All of the other gears still work great. So far I have replaced all of the sensors with brand new ones, and nstalled a Trans Go shift kit. Put new O rings on the reverse servo, check spring tension for the reverse servo with a screwdriver, and a new valve body. After all of this I should have just gotten another tranny would have been less trouble and only cost about another 200.00 more.

The valve body that I sent was for a 2003 5r55e but I was told that they are the same as the 4r44e in my 1999 is this correct ?
