I believe you need 10 posts to upload a picture.
So keep posting.

upload your pics to there and it will provide you link you can put in your posts here and the picture will show up.

To do that, click the image icon at the top of your "post message" window. Just above where you type. Its the yellow square with a mountain icon.

you'll get a pop up asking for the image location

click ok and you will notoice that your link to the picture is added between IMG tags.

when you submit your post, the actual picture will show up.
