hello to all, explorer owner 97 sohc v-6 xlt 4x4. any one know why they are hard to start when they get hot? just started to happen recently. 151,000 miles. if its a cool day, restarts with no problem
thanks for any info

Sorry, but since you could not wait 17 minutes for a typed response to your very first post, we are all going to keep it secret.

EDIT: You may have an issue with your crank sensor

won't start when hot

thanks Brooklynbay for the ECT info, i will check that. i did have the thermostat replaced about three years ago at a ford dealer. just seem crazy, cause lettinh it sit for 15 or 20 minutes, starts with no problem. thanks again
