My explorer wont switch out of 4x4 low any tips?

I think i somehow got my 95 Explorer in 4x4 low mode and didnt realize it i cant go over 30 miles an hour it doesnt want to shift i have tried everything to get it back in 2wd mode and it seems stuck or something..............

Are you using the correct method to get it out of 4WD low? The proper method is put the truck in neutral, step on the brake, and then switch from low to high. The truck won't come out of low if you don't do this.
