I bought my 99 grand cherokee new in november of 98. It has been a very reliable car to me. I have only had to replace the window motors, water pump and oil pressure sensor. The front axle bushings wore out twice, I finally got aftermarket control arms to cure the death wobble. I have done a few upgrades lately, white face plate instrument cluster, RB1 radio with factory satellite radio. I added a 10 disc cd changer. upgraded the front axle to a vari-lok with akebono calipers. I upgraded to heated mirrors, the drivers side now has the auto dim feature. Heated leather seats are next on the list.

I got the heated leather seats swapped in and got the seat memory module in the drivers door panel. In a few months it will be 23 years old. It has been very reliable, I keep telling myself when it breaks I'll do more upgrades.
