My little project...

hey guys I just wanted to share with you some things that I'm looking forward to do to my little X! I know some you may already know what I got in mind... an HD looking X! yes... and I have already started... i got some emblems from ebay and as soon as the arrive the whole custom process will start... now the outside is no big deal pretty much the emblems and probably a paint job but the inside... thats a whole 'nother story! my interior is still stock and pretty much is the part that I like the most about the HD F-150 so I gotta get it looking like this...

not the same color scheme but something to match my X and most of you already know what the interior of a 2000 XLT looks like right? well mine's cloth so I gotta get leather seats and the emblems and everything you know! so it's a very ambitious project and everything but I think it will be worth the time, the pain and... the money of course! LOL! but hey! be nice and please dont steal my idea! I dont make big bucks like most of you so take it easy with me and be patient I will get it done eventually! what you guys think?!

I thinks it would be cool. Are you planning on getting your seats custom covered? I don't think you'll find to many wrecked HD F150's. I haven't seen to many so I'm not sure of all the details of the interior of an HD, alot of badging and some chrome no doubt!

yeah definetly Toy Force I agree with you and the other day I called the dealership to find out how much is the front armrest itself is like... $305 I was like DANG!!! you know but I realized I could customize mine myself and also the seats got the HD badges and all of that so I also found some badges I can use for that the thing is I want my interior to be white and when I say white I mean all white! and some chrome accents here and there you know the basics... any thoughts on that? and dont worry about a thing I will keep you guys updated on the process as it develops thanks!

now the exterior is starting to get in shape now I wanted to ask you guys do you think I should do the two tone paint job or just stick to my gold paint? bcus I really want to keep my factory color but I dont know what you guys think?

and oh yeah they emblems are blank... this is almost like they were ment for me and my X! lol

Gold is not the right color for an HD vehicle IMO.
