I just got my new wheels and tires installed last Friday, 285/70 17 BFG AT KOs on polished 17x8 Centerline Stingray IIIs. These wheels are one piece, rotory forged with a 5-inch backspacing. I think the truck came out awesome. These tires are about .5" taller than the 33x12.5 15s Bridgestone Dueller M/Ts that were on there before. The ride is super quiet and smooth now and I'll be keeping the 33s for when we do longer weekend trips to DV, Truckhaven and the Mojave Road and such.

Here are the wheels up close, you can see my new cross-drilled rotors peeking out.

And here is the truck. I think I have to go get it washed today because the wheels look so good. Notice that there is plenty of sidewall for those that said 17s are disco.

Here is one this evening after I washed it, the light isn't as harsh in this picture.

I like em!! What kind of rims were in there before?

How do you like your cross drilled rotors? Any improvements over stock besides the cool look? Do they eat up your brake pads fast?

Stock FX4 forged Alcoas before.

The cross drilled are quiet and the y are OEM replacement, so the brakes are the same, but these fade less in stop and go, and the pads on there have a better bite.
