here's what explorer express told me was the lug size for the cobra R:
Seat: taper; 1/2", 20 thread code, right hand thread.
when i was working on my truck today, the lugs that i got from the shop said that very thing... 1/2", 20, R... by the way, i torqued everything to 100 lbs, torqued the wheel locks to 80 lbs. i'll probably check them in a month or so... if they're still torqued tight, then i probably won't worry about tightening them in between rotations.
here's where your problem comes in... you're not going to be threading these lugs to the stock studs, you're threading them to the studs on the H&R spacers. the seat is unchanged, the lug seat is will still be "taper," but i can't say what kind of thread your new studs will be. if you take your new studs to a rim shop, i'm sure they can tell you what you need.
by the way, i put in the 3/16" spacer today, and i STILL get a little rubbing up front, at about 2.5 turns. i think i can live with it though. handling is AMAZING with the new set up... explorer express handling kit...
