Good lookin' truck!

From a guy who lives in Wisconsin and sees a lot of muddy farm fields and fire roads I am impressed. The stuff you west coasters put your rigs through seems much more extreme. I am on my second Explorer - had a '98 EB 5.0 AWD which was ok, but could not keep up with my buddies 4 runner offroad - I am looking forward to giving him a run for his money with my new to me 96 XLT 4x4. I never thought these trucks were so offroad capable.

Yes those are the stock rims. Comes with the Fx4 package.

Thanks for the comments guys!

Yeah, those are the stock Alcoa rims. As a general rule Alcoa doesn't clearcoat, but these come clearcoated form Ford.

Considering the truck only has 1000 miles on it, and I haven't done rock sliders, 33s or a lift yet, I wasn't looking for any body damage on my first outing. I wanted to go to the OHVP and do trails close to my house for the first time out. As I get more comfortable, and do more mods, rest assured I will be hitting the harder trails. I am used to the TTB front end, and am still getting used to t-bars and SLA. I just went out to have some fun and thought you guys would like to see. :D

Nice pics man. Your truck seems extremely capable. I am looking forward to seeing what you do to it in the future.
