Gerald,

It looks cool, but you do realize that people are going to be asking about it all of the time now.

Dave

Looks nice, but it should say "Herculiner Edition" ;)

I'm not big on stickers but I like that not to big keep it.And Dave is right about the questions.Where did you get that done at?

Gerald,

I Remember That you were talking about it at the Slabs. I think it Looks Great. Keep it.

looks kinda... well... you know....

I like it! I think you should keep it. Dead Link Removed

I am not a big fan of stickers, I like the clean look on a vehicle, but it actually looks pretty good I say keep it.

If you should lose anything it should be the Eddie Bauer signature, I can't stand designer logos.

There is a local truck accessories shop that also does custom lettering, banners, stickers, logos, etc. I picked out the color and font and had them make it for me.

Is Paul the only one who thinks it's gaudy? I thought there would be more disagreement. I'm still deciding. Actually I don't like extra stickers and stuff on vehicles either, but I didn't technically add one on since when I put this on I removed the dealership lettering. I think I'd rather it say "Moab Edition" than "Baillargeon Ford".

Maybe it's just me. I have a tendancy to remove factory stickers and emblems. I especially don't like stickers like the one that you have, there was no Moab Edition Explorer so I guess it just seems a little ricey to me.

I think it is inventive and unique. You look at someones truck and admire the big things they have done to it, but what you should notice is the small details that set them apart. A true enthusiast will notice these details and ask themselves why they didn't think of it first. You could tell people what you get with the 'Moab Edition', most are ignorant to the know, so let it fly. :D I am not a big fan of sticker and such either, I always remove dealer add ons. IMHO it looks good. It's small, discreet and goes well with the truck.

Yup, Gerald just created it :D

Looks good, keep it, Gerald.

Well Paul,

Your right that Ford didn't produce a Moab Edition Xplorer, but thats not to say that the aftermarket or an individual could not produce a custom vehicle and place its or their edition type sticker on it. Their are plenty of aftermarket companies who do it, like Choo Choo customs, Roush racing, etc. Now we have "Geralds Moab Edition Xplorer".

Hey what think Gerald "Geralds Moab Edition Xplorers" let me know if you need an advertising consultant. LOL

Like I said keep it and some think it in fact is a custom edition

I think individuality is great

everyone has their own way of making their vehicles "theirs". I think it was a good idea, keep it. Ford didn't make Saleen, Steeda, Roush vehicles either but you see them around.

PS- I have custom Cobra emblems on my '91 because I like Cobra's(the reptile and the car[the only Cobra IMO which was made by Carrol Shelby]). I decided against the ones available from dealers because it wasn't original and anyone could have the exact same thing.

I am with Paul here. :)

I have to admit I really don't like those kinds of things. Plus it seems odd under the Eddie Bauer sign to have that. Since EB doesn't really sell anything remotely related to Moab and neither does Ford it just seems odd. :)

You're right but

anyone with ANY knowledge of off-roading would get it or at least have an idea just like the correlation between pony cars and ASC/McLaren.

Looks good Gerald. Adds a nice touch of uniqueness and seeing how you love Moab it matches.

Maybe it is my muscle car background, I just don't like fakers. If I see a regular Camaro with Z-28 emblems I don't like it, if I see a regular Mustang with Boss 302 stickers all over it I don't like it. I guess I take it personally that someone is trying to pull one over one me. Must be a character flaw. ;)

Gerald if you like it have at 'er! You asked Whaddya think? so I told you what I think. The rest is up to you. :)
