My Ranger won't start.

I have a 1999 Ranger. I went out to get into my Ranger today and it does not start. It will turn over but will not start. When I turn the key over I can here the fuel pump motor. I put a new gas filter on. I put a new gas pump fuse in. What could be my problem. I don't have a lot of money (Disabled) so I am trying to do this myself. I am not a mechanic, but I can do some things myself. Someone said it could be my PCM or ECM. If it is where are they located? Please help. Thank you

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the Ranger section. You should find a mechanic with a scanner that's willing to come over to scan the vehicle for you. There might be a trouble code that's related to the no start issue.
