my sport trac want start now

I have a 02 sport trac. I change the interior with a 03 sport trac even all of the wiring harness in the cab. I had the motor from the 03 put in the 02 and now it want crank. Does anybody have any ideal Wat might be wrong with it

Chip key is not the same as the code that is stored in the PCM would keep it from cranking

i changed the whole dash out evening the ingition switch and computer and all the only wireing i didnt change is under the hood

are is the pcm located under the hood and if so were at
