AAARGGGGH, Today, as I was leaving for a little vacation away from here, My X messes up. 
I was pulling a tent trailer out of town when my front brake caliper seized up, and stuck the front brakes on. It popped, and I had mushy,foot to the floor, brakes.
I took it to a buddy that worked in a repair shop nearby, and got him to fix it. I needed $213.00 in parts, so he gave me a deal and only charged me 300, parts included, for the whole job of re-doing all the brakes. I got the back done too, as they were pretty shot, and I did need new ones soon.
I had to leave the trailer at the shop next to his for a couple of hours,and I picked both up tonight. I am trying
the trip again tomorrow, and I will be away until the 5th or 6th if all goes well.
It really is too bad, as my birthday is on the 2nd, and I will be away at that time, so I can't go out here and do something special.
I'll try to do a little 'wheeling up there, if My X holds out
I will get pics if I go off the road.
