... and it would cost $10,000, will only work on 2% of phones and every other year an upgrade will come that will make your Sync obsolete. No thanks, I know Sync needs a lot of fixes, but no Apple, thank you.

I'm not going to argue this too much...but you are victim to Apple's BEST tool. Marketing. They didn't make the first MP3 player, but they made it mainstream. They didn't make the first smartphone, but again, they made it mainstream. Same goes for the tablet.
They make damn sexy hardware, and they market it quite well. It is NOT the best that wins, just ask the people who lost on the VHS/Beta and HD-DVD/Blueray wars.

My wife and I always give our vehicles a name after a bit of a drive to give them a little personality. After driving my new ex, he is decidedly a Harrison.
That of course, makes him Harrison Ford.
My Wallpaper
It just brings out the 12 year old in me. Hope your all enjoying your new ride as much as I am.
This might be a dumb question, but how do we get the wallpaper to show up on the screen? Lol
I got my pic uploaded but can't see it anywhere? Is there a slideshow option or anything like that? We can upload 32 pics. It would be nice to be able to see them All if the screen isn't touched for awile.
To bring up the wallpaper, you touch the home screen button from your main window located at the bottom of the screen, the one thats shaped like a house.
If you are not on the main screen then just touch it twice. A little picto-gram pops up with three "layout" designs to utilize. One is the pictogram representation of having your home screen divided into four quadrants showing phone/nav/music/a/c status. The other shows a lists view, and the one you want is the one that looks like one big screen. This is your wallpaper display mode.
It cannot be set to remember this so far as I know, you have to set that each time you start the car, but it's entertaining to have. With photoshop you can go crazy on design work.
My wife thought that the factory had customized the car that way and was blown away by such a feature. It made me smile.
We we able to take our front plate off pretty easy. Only issue were 2 small holes in lower part of the bumper; dealer plugged with 2 small plastic plugs that matched the bumper perfectly.
