Navajo/Explorer headlight parts interchangable?

I was just wondering if the Explorer headlgiths could be put onto a Navajo of the same year? 92 Mazda

They will bolt up fine, but the turn signals on the Navaho are in the bumper. You would have to relocate the wiring...
