can not get codes when the tester is attached the cell just stays on solid no blinks at all. no blinks on testor and a solid beep. I believe the ecm self test has shorted out. The only sensor that seams to be effected by the new problem is the tps. since the cel has come on thair is no juice going to the tps wiring at all. Using a test light the injectors now pulse instead of a steady light, whare as before the cel came on it was a solid light no blink, the engine runs much smoother now than it did with the light out. The starvation problem is an overheating external fuel pump. No longer have a pump in the tank. All in all I think the ecu was going bad and was causing the problems in the first place. I will be looking for a used ecu at the local yard as soon as I have some money to put into the jo. Till then it can get me to and from work. It is possible that the ecm may have over juiced the new pump at some point causing it to overheat, have already contacted summit and they are sending a new pump to replace the current one, hope it comes soon. The pump is now on its own circut with a steady 12v.
