need 99 sohc thermostat housing torque specs

I am looking for the torque specs for the thermostat housing and outlet neck. Going to replace and can't find specs . 99 SOHC thanks

thermostat housing bolts torque = 8 lb-ft according to my 2000 shop manual
thermostat housing bolts torque = 78 to 92 in-lbs according to my Haynes manual
